Completing this application is the first of four steps toward becoming a ServiceX member. Our membership process is designed to ensure that every member is committed to building meaningful relationships, providing quality referrals, and contributing to the success of the group.

Step 1 — Complete the Application
Submit this application to begin the ServiceX membership process.

Step 2 — Attend Three Consecutive Bi-Weekly Meetings
Attend three consecutive ServiceX meetings to become familiar with our members, culture, and mission.

During these meetings, you'll have the opportunity to introduce yourself, learn about other members and their businesses, and demonstrate your commitment to the group. Likewise, our members will get to know you and your business to determine whether ServiceX is the right fit for everyone.

Step 3 — Board Interview
After attending your third consecutive meeting, you'll meet with two members of the ServiceX Board for a brief interview. This conversation allows us to review the ServiceX bylaws, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether your business or profession aligns with our mission, values, and available membership category.

Step 4 — Review & Sign the Bylaws
If you are approved for membership and offered the available professional category, the official ServiceX Bylaws will be emailed to you for review and electronic signature. Once completed, you'll officially become a ServiceX member and gain access to all member benefits and opportunities.
